Bringing Neuroinclusion To The Workplace

At least 20% of people are neurodivergent, meaning their brains process information and experiences differently from what is considered typical. Neurodivergent individuals work at all levels of organizations across all sectors, driving innovation and creativity while sensing threats and challenges before others are aware. Neurodivergent brains work differently. These differences are assets - bringing unique perspectives, approaches, and ways of thinking and working.

Our differences can be disabling in environments where barriers exist, but removing those barriers allows us, and everyone around us, to thrive! Thriving at work means employees are more engaged, more productive, and more at ease - allowing them to work to the best of their abilities.

Contact me to transform your organization’s approach to neurodiversity to reduce turnover, improve employee well-being and performance, and build a healthier workplace culture.

We offer a variety of services including training, policy development, neuroinclusive service and build environment design, liaison services, and much more.

Somatic Coaching

In somatic coaching, I support individuals in learning to listen to the body’s wisdom to move towards their deepest longings. I integrate deep empathy with somatics methodology and vast knowledge of human neurobiology to bring somatic coaching from a neurodivergent (autistic and ADHD) perspective. See my coaching page for more details.
